Admissions Process

Step 1:
Complete application portfolio (CV and transcript) incl. essay on career history and goals and motivation for participating in the Management Development Program.

Prerequisites to continue to step 2:
-Good academic performance
-Interesting internships with good results and references
-Fluent spoken and written German or French and English is required

Step 2:
Telephone interview with a SMI HR manager.

Step 3:
First in-person interview with a SMI HR manager and a HR manager at the partner company.

Step 4:
Second in-person interview with a SMI manager and a manager at the partner company.
