Prerequisites to continue to step 2:-Good academic performance-Interesting internships with good results and references-Fluent spoken and written German or French and English is required
Step 2:Telephone interview with a SMI HR manager.
Step 3:First in-person interview with a SMI HR manager and a HR manager at the partner company.
Step 4:Second in-person interview with a SMI manager and a manager at the partner company.
