Demanding consulting projects in partner companies, challenging and modern management lessons and the support of our intensive coaching program available at all times.

During the Management Development Program, high potentials can work on a single, big project or multiple, smaller projects.

The MDP courses take place every 2 months. Course Blocks last 1 or 1,5 days. Several 1-to-1 trainings take place due to the very high individualization of the Management  Development Program.

Using this structure, MDP participants receive a tailor-made training program for their future professional careers, marked by competency in method knowledge, experience in the application of these methods and modesty.
