Michael Gebel

Michael Gebel, studied business administration, law and philosophy at the University of Tuebingen. After this he worked in the marketing and sales management in the automobile and construction supplies industry.

Mr. Gebel was later active as a management consultant over approx. 10 years specialised in the automobile industry and trade in the following themes:

  • Process analysis and Re-Engineering
  • Scenario analysis and strategy development
  • Quality management for shop floor and service
  • Shaping and improving processes

amongst others for:

  • Mercedes-Benz sales Europe
  • Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicle development
  • Mann + Hummel filters

In 1997 he founded the BTI Business Training International GmbH where he has since been manager- owner. Here he is specialised in the development and implementation of training and further education concepts for management know-how in several key groups.  BTI develops, produces and distributes these concepts with the special tactile basics of simulation and business games to school pupils, students, managers, and business executives.

Mr. Michael Gebel is active globally in training events and management qualification. The main focus is business economic themes, development strategies, business thinking and negotiating and the management qualification of business executives in the following enterprises:

For 20 years he has been working with groups and individuals in medium sized businesses as well as in large corporations.

Michel Gebel is a lecturer at various universities and academies in the DACH region.
