We, at the Swiss Management Institute, are experts in the personal development and career coaching of budding managers. In addition to offering support through the optimization of application documents, preparation and training for interviews and assessment center, we organize company presentations and facilitate contact between our MDP participants and managers from science and industry to further expand their networks.

Your success in the professional world is important to us! Which is why our Career Center works together with companies to connect our graduates with positions that suit them. For this reason, we encourage and support relationships between our graduates and partner companies. Our Career Center receives profiles of open positions from partner companies which are then made available to students. Graduate CVs are sent to the HR managers of our partner companies. This leads to and promotes future careers.
